she does have a utau page but its blank
people see her as a big sister to teto and ted

but she might be just there fathers brother child
me cant spell....
any who why she does have the last name is due to her father

so why does she sound close to len
well her mother is a twin since such things do run in the family on that side
but I have seen anime with twins brother sister with different hair colors
so lets say keko's mama has a green blue or bleen colored hair
while her older twin brother has a yellow orange like hair color

now I am off to go up date my keko topic with new data and such..

1. Kasane Keko is fanmade Vocaloid by DoofusP (DaDoofus @ dA). Her voice is from Kagamine Len's voicebank, with some changes, and such. "Keko is not only pitch change of Len." -Doofus
2. Keko has appearance like Teto, that's why she called Vocatau. Her UTAU page is blank, maybe because she use Vocaloid voicebank so she's not fully approved as UTAU. (personal opinion)
3. Keko don't have family history.

That DOES NOT leave out cousin relationships.

working on ideas for her comic

like chibi keko's play date

comic opens up on chibi teto playing with blocks
child ted walks by
later keko's mom comes by so she can play with teto
so then child ted walks by later and now there are two of them
